Turners syndrome - it a disorder of the X chromosome, that affects girls causing extreme short stature, menstrual irregularities and pubertal problems.

Downs syndrome - it a genetic disorder due to chromosome 21. Children affected have typical facies, hormonal abnormalities and cardiac anomalies.

Prader Willi syndrome - is a syndrome of chromosome 15. Children affected have extreme appetite and become obese. They also have short stature, and hypogenitalia.
