Prader Willi syndrome – is a syndrome of chromosome 15. Children affected have extreme appetite and become obese. They also have short stature, and hypogenitalia.

Turners syndrome – it a disorder of the X chromosome, that affects girls causing extreme short stature, menstrual irregularities and pubertal problems.
Downs syndrome – it a genetic disorder due to chromosome 21. Children affected have typical facies, hormonal abnormalities and cardiac anomalies.
